Godalming Flat Refurbishment

I was commissioned to complete a full refurbishment of this ground floor flat in Godalming. The property was in need of a significant amount of work which included a complete rewire, new heating and plumbing system and fully re-plastered.

The wooden floors in the lounge and bedroom were stripped back to bare wood and treated while the toilet and bathroom were finished in a ceramic tile. The kitchen was finished in a tile effect lino.

A full new IKEA kitchen was installed complete with integrated oven and induction hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There was even enough space to fit in a set of table and chairs.
