1930's North London House Refurbishment

This property was fully refurbished and included a full electrical rewire, new heating system with a combination boiler, new plumbing system, replacement UPVC windows.

The client wanted to retain as many of the original features as possible such as the four fireplaces, parquet floor in the hall way along with the solid beech wood front door, the picture rails in each room emphasising the three metre ceiling height and the light  on the newel post at the base of the stairs.

A new drive way was laid at the front of the property giving essential off-street parking for two vehicles. The rear garden was leveled and re-turfed and new wire fencing was installed along the privet hedge allowing the garden to not appear too enclosed by wooden fence panels.
