Initially the client was looking for some additional storage space; however early on he realised that he also needed a dedicated office space and a separate smaller storage area.
A mezzanine deck was built followed by an office and a store room below.
Two UPVC windows were installed allowing natural light into what otherwise would have been a dark area.
